Awesome! BTW, my favorite band needs a bass player. I think they’re cutting an album right now. Wait, never mind.

Dave is funny! I keep offering my services for the open bass player gig, but Grace just doesn’t call me! :-( Oh well. I’m too stinking old anyway. This was a cool song, by the way. Like. And a cool geetar as well. Dig that paint job!

Wow, liked the song and the band. Must be fun for Cat to be playing with such a variety of musicians … and close to home, too. :)

tuned in because of Cat and she was great (of course !)
but backed up & kept on receiver because of the song .. Joseph Arthur has a new fan
in case Mal doesn’t make it over here .. she posted this on the Forum thread . .
” Album is available for FREE download on Joseph Arthur’s site:

Because of eric retweeting Cat’s tweet I was aware of it. Suffered through Kathy Griffin just to see Cat. Nice to see her doing something she loves – she said in her tweet J.A. is one of her “favorite people and musicians.” Personally not sold by that one song, but I’ll get the album. Thanks to Mal for the info and toofar for passing it along.

All this did was make me sad angry that she’s not in GPN anymore.

Question was “do we need another bass player ?”
From the outside looking in,on every level Cat Popper fit this band bringing Jamerson style funky grooves, vocal backing and stage presence.
What could they (Grace & Co ) ever need to be different ?
Cat is being gracious and noble in all she does and says .
GPN is silent.
