you bet we will!
all those “other” bands left me feeling like the festival was not worth the drive up the freeway, especially after having 5 years of festival bare-footin on the polo fields. I’ve stated before, I would stand in a dumpster to see+ hear GPN live!
nothing against the rest of the 3 day lineup, but they are not going to get my mojo working like GPN!
btw – festy used to be Fri+Sat only, no Sunday. the old venue (Westworld), is where they hold the Barrett-Jackson car auction last month – huge area with lots of rv spaces and grass tent areas – we’ll miss those amenities as weekend campers. but to get a chance to see GPN without leaving the time zone – priceless!

was happy to see 2 emails this morning with the “heads-up” about the announcement – and now confirmed on the website.
we’ll finally get to be down front for the “new” band – pretty darn exciting!
and being just 6 hours before my birthday makes it a bit more special
