Nocturnal Vermont — dark chocolate ice cream with chunks of maple taffy*

*( for those who don’t know – it’s a heated reduction of maple syrup poured over snow to harden into a soft taffy – most sap houses do it if have visitor days during the season – seriously. good. stuff. )
