Oh yeah, I’ll take this any day over what I saw/heard on TV tonight. Somebody to love!! Gotta see that live myself some day. Great song for them. Thank you for the downloads.
Watched Grammys – desperately needed this “ear wash” – thanks KC.
Next year – GPN. Fell asleep watching Grammy’s, woke up and went to bed. Then young’n of my acquaintance texted me awake so I went back out just in time for tribute to those lost this year. Sat on the remote and turned it off, so there went DVD recording; but it doesn’t sound like much was missed. We texted back and forth rest of the time. She didn’t believe they were bleeping the rap, but I had just that [very early] morning watched bio of Eminem and assured her they were bleeping. Am reminded of how hopeless the music scene appeared to me before I was “saved.” Just remembered seeing Pink’s acrobatic performance. Anyone impressed by that?
Actually feisty Pink is a guilty pleasure of mine – don’t like everything but think she pens some good songs and sings them well .. she does play the spectacle game ( also rather well imho) – and sometimes pokes fun at it – and her “rock stah” self.
These and the other songs out of Jamaica with Warren make a really nice playlist . . wonder if there has ever been any talk of collaborating on an album.
(file under if wishes were … )
The Jamaica songs sound great! Thank you
