the bangles : hero takes a fall
First chick band that I thought was great. Listen to those harmonies and that lead guitar sound. Before they “sold out” (which they themselves admit) they had a great thing going. In 1985 I hung out pre and post show with them in a bar in Virginia Beach – still a night to remember. Susanna is still doing it with Matthew Sweet – Rain, Different Drum, Cinnamon Girl, You’re So Vain, Maggie May – check out “Under The Covers”.

love the changes to Watching You. for me, this is when I love GPN the most, when they are ROCKIN OUT. I personally don’t know many bands with lead female vocals that do rock and roll justice. Grace has got the chops, Scott has got the licks…crank it up and rock it out!! love the set list too!

It is nice to see Stop The Bus in last night’s set. I can only hope they play it in NYC Friday. This is one of the greatest songs I’ve ever seen performed live. The link to archive.com is nice too. I will buy the band a round of drinks if they play this on Friday. Just shout out the round after the song. Also, for the shows in Vermont on and around New Years, does anyone know if they will be full concerts or one of these 10 song sets? Thank you!!!!! JAGERMEISTER!!!!!
