Benny Yurco, long time friend of the band and Blues and Lasers guitarist will be joining Grace Potter and the Nocturnals on the road this summer. Benny brings an easy going vibe and an out of this world positive energy with him. Benny has often been a special guest on stage with the Nocs and played the VH1/Woodstock tribute that turned out to be a preview of the newly rearranged band.
Contacted today Benny said that he was, “Beyond excited to join my friends and play these great tunes. I had a competing offer to join Emmet Otter’s Jug Band but I thought shit, this is the best opportunity.”

Blame it on the hair color or the early hour…you choose. Anyhow, I woke up this morning, read this post and thought: “Hmmm…never heard of that band. And, I talked to Benny on Friday, he didn’t mention anything about this other band…hmmm….”
