As far as I can gather from the posts on etree.org Monday nights performance at Mr. Smalls included a wedding proposal and acceptance (whew) on stage.
A local dude named Sean, came up on stage with a bouquet of flowers and had his girlfriend Nicole, join him. He then proposed up on stage with the band and everyone looking on. BTW, she accepted. Grace handed out cups of champagne and they did a slow dance as she played Tonight I’ll Be.

Very cool. I had to do the whole private at sunset proposal thing. Then again, if she had said no, I wouldn’t have had the whole audience and a band pitying me either. Of course, the hottest band going didn’t play for us to dance. Yeah, he’s a lucky little…

Kicking myself for missing this show. I was so close to going, but could not swing the sunday night thing. I guess it is for the best, I am such a softy I would have cried. There is no crying in rock and roll.
