Click on the image to go to the CW website and watch the trailer. Basically, lots of Grace. Recording, acting, scoring and talking about the general vibe of the show while sometimes wearing her intellectual yet rock star glasses.
Ye rock and roll fans you. Say what you will about OTH and Grace’s appearance but I gotta say from viewing this that Grace comes across as an imminently likable onscreen character.

That was great! Now I know where to go to watch the show, too. Didn’t know Grace was scoring the episode as well. She is so natural on camera, and very attactive in those glasses imho.
I just can’t wait to hear Stephs comments on this one.
when is the episode airing??!!
LOVE IT. Grace is a natural, and how cool for her to compose the music for the episode. As she said, what a great experience for her. and if it brings some youngn’s out from their usual crap music and to the Nocturnals, all the better! there IS hope for our future…
Karen-
No know on the scoring? I hope you have also been hittin’ the message board ( as well as this MOST excellent site of mojo’s)..never know what you’ll read there…

Oh come on…I’ve been quiet on the OTH front for weeks. I didn’t even comment on the photos posted last week. Although…I was secretely making up my own story to go along with them. At the end of my story, Grace turns her Gibson on the other girl and beats her senseless with it. NOW, THAT’s ROCK -N- ROLL!
As long as she spares Sophia from her wrath…;-)
It’s all too meta for me. I have trouble parsing Grace saying asking a TV actress when her next CD is coming out. I had to rewind it a few times to make sense of it all.
Steph, bad ending to a J-200 – the Gibson folks would be pissed. Or maybe happy? We should check.
That freeze frame image…they didn’t do Grace any favors with that..perhaps the only image of Grace I have seen that I don’t like
They already smashed a Les Paul on stage, what’s one lil’ J-200? Sometimes, ya gotta let the robots know that you mean business. Re: Grace’s lines, I doubt the show has superb writers.
Steph, you are like so wrong about the OTH writers because, like, they’ve got their own MySpace page.
Waited to watch this as an end of long day reason to smile – was not disappointed. Didn’t dissect it, just enjoyed watching Grace at work and being her charming self.
Watch very little TV and had never heard of OTH before K.C. told us one of Grace’s songs had been featured. Still haven’t watched the show and only know what I’ve read; but discovered people I know have been watching it – and enjoy it. And they do not fall into the teens > 20-somethings demographic. Beginning it’s 6th season and having a respectable 3.25 million average viewership on an oddball network seems to indicate they’re doing something right, yes ?
So it’s interesting that we (self included) seem so quick to dismiss OTH as somehow unworthy” Is it really any more of a waste of time than 95% of what’s out there for shows ? or is it just the whole idea of TV ?
A little curious to see the whole show now . . . . . maybe borrow a teenager to translate . . . . . . . . .
“At the end of my story, Grace turns her Gibson on the other girl and beats her senseless with it. NOW, THAT’s ROCK -N- ROLL!”
I just knew you would have a great response! LOL
It boggles the mind that shows like this run forever and Studio 60 was canceled in the first season. Grrr.
Anyhow, if you are like me and can’t watch this that night. It will show up at <a href=”http://eztv.it/shows/153/one-tree-hill/”=http://eztv.it/shows/153/one-tree-hill/ sometime after it airs. Not a live stream, but an option. (requires Bitorrent)
Thanks Th1, I’ll check that site out.
Can also watch the OTH episode here – not sure how long it takes them to archive it – would guess no more than 24 hours maybe?
And don’t have to deal with Bitorrent.

Thanks, toofar. I put the link in my links file (which is now 37 pages long!). All set now, and can’t wait to see the show.
