At the time I was really not sure if it was a mistake or a joke. Now that I see that it is the 'hello Cleveland' tour I see that it was a joke. Too funny. Also, don't forget that Blues and Lasers are making their west coast debut at the Independent in San Francisco on 11/15. Woot - Woot! On the business side - - - it has become very obvious that traditional methods are faltering badly and artists need to find innovative ways to sell their music - - will be very interesting to see if there is a cross over effect for album and concert ticket sales from this appearance. Overheard at a meeting this morning - " young people are such <i>idealists</i>" - said as if that's a bad thing. WTF ? the problem is more that idealism too often erodes into complacency, imho. As have said elsewhere - I am proud to be a fan of a young artist that has the courage of their convictions in what has been a go-along-to-get-along society for far too long.
