Grace @ WCHS6 in Portland, Maine on Monday. The video auto plays so I put it after the jump . .

“Whenever we come to Maine it’s an adventure. At my very first gig, when I played at Bates when I was 18, I ended up ice climbing at 4 o’clock in the morning! For some reason, Maine brings out the adventurer in us!”

Beautiful. I love Grace’s quiet voice. The interview was nice, too. “I thought I made it when I was 18 playing in a coffee house” — don’t you just love her humility?

Her comments are further proof to the concept, that these guys can no more stop playing music, than they can stop breathing.
